My husband and I are taking a cruise to the Eastern Caribbean. This is our first cruise and obviously we had a LOT of questions. I called around to several agencies. We were never really satisfied with the service we were getting and frustrated that the agents were not very helpful to "first-timers" like ourselves. So frustrated, in fact, that I kept putting off booking because I didn't feel like I had enough information. And then I talked to Robin Lrhezzioui in your office. Robin took her time with me on the first call and answered all questions I had, told me everything I needed to know, and even talked to my husband later and explained some things to him. She never seemed to get frustrated. She has ALWAYS been friendly and helpful! I booked my cruise during that first conversation. She went through a lot of trouble doing searches to get me EXACTLY what I wanted. I am leaving in a month for my first cruise and I am not stressed out or worried about anything and that is ONLY because of Robin. I wanted you to know that you have a gem of an employee. I will always call Robin for my travel needs. I will always refer my friends and family to Robin.

Thank you so much for the wonderful trip you planned for us to Walt Disney World. We had a wonderful time! It made it so much easier not to have to worry about the "details" of the trip. When we checked in everything was right there waiting on us. We owe it all to you. The hassle of trying to get tickets and worry about where to go and what to do can ruin a trip such as this. But because of your help, knowledge and experience I was able to enjoy myself the whole time. It was just like you said it would be. Our cruise was great and we appreciate Jo Ann Hedgecock's helpful tips. If anyone asks in the future, we would recommend Magen's Beach Getaway, St. Thomas Island tour and St. Maarten Island tour. We enjoyed St. Thomas the most, and it was a pretty place. Thanks for the great room placement also. The room was great, and the balcony well worth the extra dollars. If I see anyone needing travel information, I'll send them your way.

The cruise was incredible. Lori Fincannon was outstanding in every detail. She went out of her way to make this cruise special for our group of 46 people. I did not hear one complaint from anyone in our group.
